Umoja Biopharma sends operational SMS notifications to employees, contractors, and approved support personnel. Messages include infrastructure alerts, service outages, cybersecurity notifications, facilities alerts, scheduled maintenance notifications, and business continuity communications. Recipients provide consent through employment onboarding, contractor agreements, support service enrollment, or notification service registration. If their job role no longer requires such notifications, personnel can opt out at any time with a simple request to the IT Service Desk.
